How to Download

1. Go to Your Briefcase

   • Click your username and select My Briefcase.

2. Select Documents

   • Choose specific documents to download or select everything.

3. Choose Download Options

   • Download the Latest Approved Version, All Versions, or pick specific versions.

   • Choose to download:

     • Master Files (for editing)

     • PDF Previews (for reading)

4. Save the Zip File

   • Cognidox will generate a zip file containing the documents.

   • Save it to your local machine.
