Once you've gathered documents in your Cognidox briefcase, you can perform batch operations on them — saving you time and effort.

Selecting Documents

  • After running a search, you can select or unselect documents using checkboxes.

  • Once selected, add them to your briefcase via the Add to Briefcase shortcut.

Available Briefcase Actions

Depending on your permissions, you can perform many actions, such as:

  • Apply Tags or Metadata to all selected documents

  • Set a Security Profile for multiple documents

  • Copy documents to another category

  • Move documents to a different category

Batch operations are ideal for efficiently managing large sets of documents across different categories.
