How to search for documents in Cognidox
Cognidox provides a robust search function, accessible from the Search Menu in the navbar.

Performing a Basic Search

Click on the Search Menu.

View results containing the search term in document titles or part numbers.
Performing a Full-Text Search
By default, Cognidox searches only titles and part numbers. To perform a full-text search:

Enter your search term in the search bar.

Click on Keyword Search in the Search Menu.

View results that include the search term anywhere within the document’s contents.
Searching by Document Type
To filter by document type, enter the document type abbreviation. For example:
