Using category analytics
Monitor activity in categories
Once you’ve started watching a category, the Category Analytics portlet on your user page becomes a powerful tool for monitoring activity.

What It Shows
Each watched category appears with status bars showing:

Reviews:
-
Red = pending
-
Green = completed
-
Mixed = partial progress
-

Approvals:
-
Red = outstanding approval request

Green = completed
-
Hovering over any section will show a tooltip with more detail (e.g. “1 of 2 reviews completed”).
Drill Down with One Click
Clicking on any of the bars will perform a filtered search and take you directly to the relevant documents — ideal for quickly checking what needs your attention.
