Master File & PDF Preview: The original uploaded file (e.g., Word document) and its automatically generated PDF.

You can check a document's approval status in two ways:

Do All Documents Need Approval?
Not all documents require approval to be useful. The red text serves as an informational alert to prevent unapproved documents from being published externally.
