Managing public licenses
Use public licenses to share documents on the Extranet without requiring login access
To share documents publicly (without authentication), use a public license.

Create a license as normal.

On the license’s detail page, select Make This License Public from the action panel.
Important:

Documents under a public license are only available to unauthenticated users.

If licensees also need access, assign the public license to them explicitly.
