How to control access to specific document versions
Document Holders in Cognidox allow you to group and release specific versions of other documents. They’re especially useful when you want to publish historical versions or manage controlled distribution without licensing each individual document.

You can publish specific versions (not just the latest).

The document holder can act as a container with its own license:

If the contained documents do not have licenses, they will inherit access from the document holder.

If the contained documents do have their own licenses, make sure those match your intended audience.
